You can choose the types of wood, stains, finishes, and hardware you would like to use. We specialize in hand-made, one-of-a-kind pieces that become family heirlooms. All of our timber is locally sourced. From simple cutting boards and shelves to more elaborate tables and benches – we can create exactly what you want.
What We Do
Custom Furniture Design
Our process entails working one-on-one with you to design your vision. Sometimes, this means using our design services, or you can develop your own design that we bring to life. From there, we send you a quote and rendering of your project so you know how it will look and its cost. We aim to create a unique piece for your space and make the design process a memorable one – there is nothing cookie-cutter about Woodland Designs.
Unique Rustic Pieces
Live edge tables and shelves are one of our specialties. We have designed and built coffee, sofa, and dining tables. Personalized outdoor benches are a family favorite. We also make cutting boards and charcuterie trays with various wood, finishes, and hardware. Our gallery page features the many types of pieces available. Sawmill Services
Woodland Designs uses a Frontier OS31 sawmill for maximum yield and minimal waste. With the power and capacity to process logs up to 31 inches in diameter, it is the best tool for what we do. If you have timber that you would like to cut into boards, you can take advantage of our professional sawmill services. If you want us to use those boards to create a piece (or pieces) of custom furniture, we can do that, too.
